Liking the new manager login design.
When selecting the manager login 'Forgot your password?' link it should focus input to the 'Account email' field. Maybe also have a further text above to indicate 'Enter your email address to reinstate login' (or words to that effect). Plus having the username and password fields still visible for this 'reset' could be confusing to some with two submit buttons visible (login and send)?
