This should be usable for people who aren't that familiar with
Fedora/RPM/DNF, so I believe it's good to document and test
some interesting things you can give to $DNF_INSTALL.
(Especially the ones that use more cross-platform namespaces:
pkgconfig and command names.)

Now, the libffi is listed twice. Another uncovered problem is that pyyaml from PyPI is installable without libyaml-devel.

I'd let dnf install libff-devel and pkgconfig(libgit2) and then pip installs cffi and pygit2.
