That happened fast, so here's an explaination.
I updated a dll.

Okay so the versioning scheme is that the major number represents api breaking changes. Because usually you could update the releases in place by replacing the executable the minor updates were just able to show that you could do an in place update, this one updates DLL's (and deletes some too) so a redownload is (partially) required.

To update, either extract this file and place the new UnityMultiLauncher.exe in your existing folder, or copy the unitymultilauncher.<user>.cfg.json over to the new extracted folder
