Status: initial scaffolding. The first feature release adds the runnable code; today this repository ships only the OSS file set so the project's license, security, and contribution conventions are in place.
This package will be installable once its first real release lands. For now it ships only the OSS file set (license, security policy, contribution guide, CI placeholder).
