Since
default_offis not accepted now, the only cause of ruleset disabled by default isplatform="mixedcontent". I'd prefer not cause some mixed content causeplatform="mixedcontent"such as content blocked by Ublock Origin. Or at least by EasyList.As well as https://www.w3.org/TR/mixed-content/#category-optionally-blockable

I'm also used/using bramus/mixed-content-scan@master --depth=1 on all domains of rulesets of all my PRs.
