Describe the bug

When I open OpenScreen, the recorder bar is presented. Even if it has a drag handle, I can't move it anywhere.

Expected behavior

To move the bar element

1. Open OpenScreen
2. Try to move the bar recorder to other place

Fixed by #17 and merged into main.

This change is assigned to the Next Release release milestone and is not necessarily available in the latest downloadable desktop release yet. It is currently marked as status: pending release until a packaged release containing it is published.
