Add support for React Router v8

Problem Statement

React Router v8 was released on 17 June 2026 (see https://remix.run/blog/react-router-v8), and the Sentry JavaScript SDK does not yet officially support it.

Solution Brainstorm

It would be marvellous if the SDK could officially support React Router v8.

Key breaking changes from the announcement: ESM-only module, raised baseline support (Node 22.22.0+, React 19.2.7+, Vite 7+), several future flags now enabled by default, removal of react-router-dom, and removal of the deprecated data parameter in favour of loaderData for the meta APIs.

This issue was referenced by PR #21633, which was included in the 10.59.0 release.

I don't think this actually happened. Version 10.60.0, the latest version, still has the semver specifier for React Router set to 7.x: https://npmx.dev/package/@sentry/react-router/v/10.60.0 and I can confirm that the dist files attached to the 10.59.0 release also have it set to 7.x. Maybe it would work with RR8, but you can't install @sentry/react-router and react-router and have the peer dependencies agree.
