Update continue_trace usage in all integrations

@sl0thentr0py I'm trying to setup Sentry SDK in my project but I've been getting TypeError when running Huey tasks:

Is this error related to this task/PR?

Update: Just remembered I'm using Huey's contrib package djhuey which might be affecting the way Sentry's patch_execute works. So likely unrelated to this task. Will keep digging...
