Update tests for `huggingface_hub` 1.0.0rc7

This commit in the latest release for hugging face breaks our tests: huggingface/huggingface_hub@6d3a630.

In particular, the new AutoRouterConversationalTask is returned here, irrespective of our mock to determine the provider:
