This PR updates the existing IR dump and AST dump queries (and their tests) to use
@kind graph, now that QLTest supports deterministic text dumps of graphs.These changes had already been reviewed before the QL repo was made public. Now that the corresponding odasa changes have gone in, the corresponding QL changes are ready to merge as well.
The changes in IRBlock.qll are due to fixing up newlines to be LF, per the style guidelines, except that I added to
getDisplayIndexmember predicate.
