Adds the Agent Engine sandbox `templates` and `snapshots` submodules to the Go SDK, exposed as `AgentEngines.Sandboxes.SandboxTemplates` and `AgentEngines.Sandboxes.SandboxSnapshots`, each with exported `Create`, `Get`, `List`, and `Delete` methods, matching the Python SDK surface.
