[Bug] Block ingestor variable in config toml isn't enough #5104

Bug report

Setting the block ingestor in the graph-node config toml file isn't enough, you have to have it set up in the docker-compose.yml or the kubes equivalent, otherwise the graph-node will refuse to ingest blocks.
