Untracks PLAN.md, PROGRESS.md and docs/arch-*.md (kept on disk, added to .gitignore) and removes all public references. Also ignores local-only scratch (.claude/, .ari-todo.json, .pnpm-store/). AGENTS.md reworded to the local-only reality. How verified: pnpm verify green (desktop 938 passed / 1 skipped).
