object-copy : add a new paragraph about structuredClone for deep cloning

The [structuredClone](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/structuredClone) global method is now supported by almost all browsers.
I think a new paragraph should be present, showing a new and simpler way of deep cloning.
