Updates only the immutable tip pin for
fix/permission-ask-hookafter its explicitly authorised rebase for anomalyco/opencode PR anomalyco#42633. The stable patch ID remains exactly2d809744f702b22e522bded27be89f159bb6a007, so any content change still fails release-sync. Shell syntax and ShellCheck pass.
