Support "git blame"

Can we support git blame command? It is a important command.

I'm working on it at the libgit2 layer. Once that's merged in, I'll work on pulling it up to the CLR layer.

In the meantime, is there a way of getting the commit history for a specific file? Is it just a matter of reading the log and building up an index that you can query?
