Improve installing experience

This is a follow up of issue #235

Ideas:

• Provide a tarball of libgit2 (this should be done by the libgit2 team, but it is not)
• Write instructions by system:
  • Install on Debian
  • Install on Mac
  • Install on Windows
  • etc.
• Separate instructions for those who want to use (and contribute 😉 to) the development, unreleased, version

I really like this issue as it foster further collaboration.

The only issue I see here is supporting windows, since that would mean having some automated way of testing the install instructions (to make sure they still hold for the latest version).

That said, I don't have much experience with python on windows (even though that's where I started coding in python). Maybe someone else has an idea on how to automate it?

As far as I know pygit2 on Windows has issues, and the main problem is that nobody is working on it.

But that does not stop us to write a section on how to install pygit2 on Windows. The material is already there anyway.
