Check what happens if in the candidateSelectorLc::namesInputFeatures

• the number of features is less / greater than in the .onnx file
• there is a feature absent in InputFeaturesLcToPKPi

If there is no explicit error message consider adding one.

If the feature is absent, the fatal error happens.
