New flag --strictPropertyInitialization:

  • Add to MSBuild targets
  • Add to compiler options documentation and MSBuild documentation
  • Update schema store

New flag --ESModuleInterop

  • Add to MSBuild targets
  • Add to compiler options documentation and MSBuild documentation
  • Update schema store

New --target ES2018

  • new library file es2018
  • new library files esNext.array and esNext.promise
