Refine the secure approval path, mark the security classes with the FIDES experimental feature label, and clean up the related docs/tests. Motivation and Context
This follows up the FIDES security branch with approval-flow cleanup, feature-stage labeling, and the additional fixes needed to keep the Python workspace green after the security changes landed.
