Will we keep the data science walkthrough as a separate tile or should we merge it with the Python for development one? 

Here are some pros and cons from keeping the walkthrough as a separate tile.

Pros:
- Visibility 
- We can make it so that it to only show up with the Jupyter extension is installed

Cons:
- Having two tiles may unfairly hide walkthroughs from other extensions
