Add Unit Tests for GC

Description

• Add stress test for creating byte arrays.
• Add GC stress test with arrays of integers, DateTime, TimeSpan and objects.

Motivation and Context

• Need to have Unit Tests that actually perform testing on GC and heap compaction.
• Part of Heap compaction is not working Home#1354.
