Steps to reproduce

1. Integrate local Gitlab intance
2. Go to the dashboard an click on "More items..."

Expected behaviour

The link should go to the local gitlab dashboard todos (https://local.gitlab.instance/dashboard/todos)

Actual behaviour

The link goes to the global gitlab dashboard todos (https://gitlab.com/dashboard/todos)

Database: Maria

PHP version: 8.4

Nextcloud version: 33.0.5
