Functions in External JS not working

Whenever a function is created in external JS File.
The function is not called.
The most probable reason is Indentation which I am unable to understand.

If you are talking about this file: https://github.com/NishkarshRaj/JavaScript/blob/master/JavaScript%20Basic%20Programs/3_ExternalJS/External.html, the external function is working for me and the text is hidden when the button is clicked.

@jeffslofish Hello Sir! Thanks for the response.
Actually the file you referenced is working.
Its not always bugging. It basically does not work when I am accessing multiple functions and multiple Elements by ID in same script.
Also, JS allows multiple scripts to be referenced but when I am doing that only the last script is considered.
