Started failing intermittently in the Jan 6, 2026 reliability report but seemingly only on test-osuosl-aix73-ppc64_be-3 (100 iterations on ibm-be-2 all passed although it also fails on osuosl-be-4)

Re-opening as this is definitely occurring on more than just OSUOSL-BE-3 as I'm getting a similar failure rate on OSUOSL-BE-4, but did not fail on the IBM machine.
Given the high failure rate, I will exclude for now.
