Page Layout Demo Audit

An audit of all examples under the Page Layout Demo shows these bugs in comparison with Core:

a) Dropdown should only have a border on the hover state (like in Core). Same as the kebab/menu icon (used on mobile view)
b) kebab menu dropdown - the list items have an icon next to them but this spacing looks off.
b) all icons in the nav are vertically off-center (might be missing modifier class)
c) avatar icon should be updated (icon not picture)
d) list items in dropdown are far taller than in Core

All other bugs with the Page Layout demo will be addressed in Core - patternfly/patternfly#977

@jschuler thanks for getting these issues completed so quickly. Page Layout Demo is now aligned with Core, but several updates still need to be completed in Core.
