Example code throwing error Received NULL when calling uploadprogress_get_info()

I Installed PECL PHP Upload Progress on Plesk. and tried running example code and got following error

Received NULL when calling uploadprogress_get_info()

PHP version: 7.3.27
Server: `Apache

Can someone please help me in resolving the issue ?

Same here on Linux ubuntu jamty in docker. Works only for me with apache + mod_php
