Questions and answers now share one expandable tool row across web, desktop, and mobile. The collapsed row previews the answer; expansion shows the full question, muted indented answer, and attachments. Rows collapse with ordinary tools, and matching duplicate answer bubbles are hidden without changing provider delivery.

Focused web (229), mobile (103), and server projection (9) tests, four scoped typechecks, and lint pass. Native Codex submission was verified before the final refactor with no extra user message. The media below shows that earlier implementation; live verification of the final refactor is blocked by preview bridge timeouts. Native mobile rendering and live async delivery remain unverified.
