All cryptoecon matters arising must be described and documented as issues in our github to create a public trail of responsibility and attribution. This is expected for almost all FIPs. Relevant CryptoEcon lab issues should be cross-linked to the FIP discussion issue.

• Created process in Github for tracking Cryptoeconomic FIPs and Ideas
  • Created two [Github issue templates](https://github.com/protocol/CryptoEconLab/issues/new/choose) so CEL and Others can request “FIP review” or non-FIP “Idea Review.” Templates use form-fill textboxes to standardize content and format.
