Code block recognition issue.

The Python bot has an issue with code blocks that are formatted with ``` but not ```py. It replies with a message that says:

You are using the wrong character instead of backticks.

It should say something to the effect of "While you are using backticks you are not specifying the language. Please use ```py for Python code."

Looking at the code block:

 def pin_extractor(poems):
    secret_code = ''
    for poem in poems:
        lines = poem.split('\n')
        for line_index, line in enumerate(lines):
            words = line.split()
            if len(words) > line_index:
                secret_code += str(len(words[line_index]))
            else:
                secret_code += '0'
    return secret_code

poem = """Stars and the moon
shine in the sky
white and
until the end of the night"""

poem2 = 'The grass is green\nhere and there\nhoping for rain\nbefore it turns yellow'
poem3 = 'There\nonce\nwas\na\ndragon'

I think that this is actually an incorrect diagnosis on my part based on:

    instructions = (
        "You are using the wrong character instead of backticks. "
        f"Use {valid_ticks}, not `{code_block.ticks}`."
    )

since the message sent to the user was:

You are using the wrong character instead of backticks. Use ```, not """.

indicating that the """ inside the code block was what actually triggered the message.

I will attempt to reproduce this issue and see if that is a correct analysis.

OK. Further examination shows that the text above does not trigger when using ```py but does trigger when using ``` so this is an issue with the message and not an FP.
