``errno`` documentation missing several constants

The [``errno`` documentation](https://docs.python.org/3/library/errno.html) doesn't have:

* errno.ECANCELED
* errno.EOWNERDEAD
* errno.ENOTRECOVERABLE
* errno.ENOTSUP
