`test_zoneinfo_property.py` misses tests with all `pickle` protocols

We should add all protocols to the test, since it might affect the property based testing.

Hi, after this change, when hypothesis is available/importable, both tests fail with the following error:

It seems that mixing @hypothesis.given with subTest is not allowed?

This is on Solaris, though I doubt that is relevant here.
