Revue du début.
Je pense qu'on peut traduire slice. J'ai utilisé « découpage », à voir sur l'ensemble de la page.

Non, c'est un avertissement qui est donné quand toutes les références du paragraphe original ne sont pas traduites, ou quand, a contrario, il y a plus de références dans le message traduit. C'est utile pour détecter certaines erreurs de syntaxe reST, ou bien l'oubli de traduire une phrase. Cela dit, c'est parfois ennuyeux aussi, et à ce sujet voir https://github.com/python/python-docs-fr/discussions/1805 (TLDR : dans quelques temps, on pourra écrire #noqa à la fin du paragraphe traduit pour supprimer l'avertissement).
