I found out there are several po files do not have corresponding rst in CPython document.
Our current workflows (either the manual one mentioned in README or the one executed with GitHub Action) can successfully merges the modified source strings from CPython but cannot detect if any pot is deprecated, which makes unused po files left in the repo. I manually compared all the files with CPython doc and made this PR but we may need figure out how to done this automatically.
