React Native@0.80.0使用TextInput输入中文时的bug

Description

TextInput在输入中文时会有两个问题：
1、绑定value时，无法通过中文拼音输入中文
2、设置maxLength时，中文拼音没打完（没有输出中文）时，拼音也会算作字符。

Steps to reproduce

1、绑定value时，无法通过中文拼音输入中文
代码如下：
const [customTitle,onchangeCustomTitle,setCustomTitle] = useState('');

此时并不能通过苹果自带的输入法输入中文,详情请见视频：

2、取消绑定value，这时候时能输入中文的，设置maxLength时，中文拼音没打完（没有输出中文）时，拼音也会算作字符。
代码如下：
const [customTitle,onchangeCustomTitle,setCustomTitle] = useState('');

此时中文没达到maxlength数量的时候，就无法输入拼音了,详情请见视频：

There are two problems when inputting Chinese in TextInput:

1. When binding value, Chinese cannot be input through Chinese Pinyin（Attachment Video 1 --> 2025-07-11.16.57.25.mov）
2. When setting maxLength, if the Chinese Pinyin is not finished (no Chinese is output), the Pinyin will also be counted as a character.（Attachment Video 2 ---> 2025-07-11.17.01.39.mov）

1、My code is as follows：

2、I unbound the value.Now you can input Chinese.But I set maxLength={5},Watch video 2,I only entered four Chinese characters，At the last character, I only entered a pinyin b, but the Chinese character has not actually been output. I am still spelling, but I can’t input anymore.

In Chinese, the pinyin is：这（zhe）是（shi）一（yi）个（ge）疤（ba）

Sorry, I forgot to state that this problem occurs on the iOS version, and the Android version is normal.

Thanks for your reply, but sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean. Do you mean the react native version? Or the iPhone version?
If you mean the iPhone version, I tried using iPhone 8 plus (ios version 16.7.10) and iPhone 12 (ios version 18.5) and both have this problem

The same problem was found in versions 0.74-0.79.

After several tests I found it only happens in @gorhom/bottom-sheet, both TextInput and BottomSheetTextInput
