Summary
Add a Monorepo project type and a
turborepotemplate so users can scaffold a pnpm workspace with Rstack CLI. The template includes a React app, a shared UI library, shared TypeScript configuration, and DOM tests aligned with the existing React templates. Development usesturbo watch devto rebuild dependencies and keep the app's development server running without building the web app for production.
