I am trying to add itunes attributes to my RSS feed. I can see that you have support for this, but there is zero documentation as to how to actually use it. Can you please add some documentation about how to use this feature?

I would love to contribute, but the entire issue is that I literally cannot understand how to use the software. I can see from the code that you support itunes attributes. Yet I cannot figure out how to make an RSS feed with itunes attributes.
