_badges.scssis from "design-style.css" from the "sphinx-design" extension used in PyData Sphinx Theme.The idea is that we will eventually have one css files:
I will clean-up our existing
theme-css/*.cssfiles in future PRs. But I want to get this in for the 0.8 release.
