- Remove ca.mcgill.Sholl_Analysis as it is now part of SNT
- Replace legacy sc.fiji.Simple_Neurite_Tracer with org.morphonets.SNT

Thanks @tferr. Is it the case that no one should be depending on the old artifacts anymore in modern projects? If so, LGTM. |

Yes, AFAICT no other project depends on Sholl_Analysis. And the only project depending on Simple_Neurite_Tracer is Trakem2, but I have initialized a PR there (trakem2/TrakEM2#25) |
