Pulls in scverse/spatialdata-plot-notebooks#5 (commit d891121) so the gallery on RTD picks up the `sdata.pl.annotate()` tutorial shipped in 0.4.0. Note: RTD's post_checkout already runs `git submodule update --remote`, so a manual rebuild of `stable` will also pick this up — the explicit SHA bump is for completeness and so the `latest` build triggers automatically on this commit.
