Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our platform lacks integration with Linear, preventing users from managing their project issues directly within our workflow. This creates friction when users need to track or update issues in Linear while using our platform.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add Linear integration with two key operations:

1. Issue Reader - Fetch and display Linear issues with filtering options
2. Issue Writer - Create new issues in Linear projects

Include a block component with UI for selecting Linear teams, projects, and issue properties with Linear OAuth authentication.

Additional context
Should implement separate tool configurations for read and write operations with a unified block interface, following our existing integration patterns.
