Quick read-through — the underlying list looks healthy (CC0, awesome topics, Contents section, 4k stars, recent commits) but a few things on this PR are worth tightening before it lands. PR description. The text in the PR body ("This is a list of free LLM providers...") describes the list itself, which the manifesto explicitly flags as the wrong framing ( TOC depth. The repo's TOC has three entries (Provider APIs, Inference providers, Glossary), but each section contains an h3 subsection per provider (Cohere, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, and so on) that the contents page does not reflect. Anyone scanning the TOC sees three rows; the actual list is several times larger. Worth promoting providers into the TOC so the visible structure matches the real one. Format vs curation. The list reads as a structured directory of every free-tier LLM API rather than a curation of the best. Manifesto language is "curations of the best, not everything", so a short paragraph stating the inclusion criteria (permanent free tier? OpenAI-compatible only? specific use case?) would help. Right now the title implies completeness, which sits awkwardly with the curation principle. Authorship. Small note that the PR is opened by Otherwise the lint-relevant items (CC0, badge, awesome topics, repo age) all check out. |

4.3k stars and CC0 + main + topics all line up ✅ — target repo is clearly well maintained.
That said, awesome-lint fails and needs fixing before this can merge:
README.md:269:5
‼ 264:3 Text "openai" should be written as "OpenAI" (if referring to the technology)
× 269:5 Duplicate link: https://endpoints.ai.cloud.ovh.net/
× 325:178 Duplicate link: https://endpoints.ai.cloud.ovh.net/
Guidelines: "Run awesome-lint on your list and fix the reported issues." The two duplicate-link errors are the blocker — same URL referenced twice. Either dedupe, or move one occurrence to a Footnotes section if the second mention has genuinely different context.

Side note on the PR body: "It is popular, it already have 3.5k stars" reads marketing-y (and the verb agreement is off — has, not have). The actual entry description in awesome.md ("LLM APIs with permanent free tiers for text inference.") is objective and clean ✅, so this is just a body polish if you want it.
Solid list otherwise — once the lint errors are gone, this looks like a good addition. Ping when ready.
