[bug] Invited user still shows up in Pending requests

Describe the bug

Using the default authentication mechanism.

After having invited a user and this user having logged in successfully, as a owner I still see the user in "Pending requests".

When clicking "Approve", I get an error in the UI:

It doesn't seem to cause any actual issue, just the request stays as pending.

Thanks for filing this! Will try to fix this today when I get the chance. In the meantime, you can simply decline the approval request and it should go away without affecting that user's membership status
