Refreshes the
fast-urilockfile entry from3.1.2to3.1.4to address CVE-2026-13676 (security policy bypass due to improper Unicode hostname canonicalization).fast-uriis a transitive dependency ofajv(via@sourcebot/sharedand@sourcebot/web). The existing^3.1.2range already admits the patched3.1.3+ release, so onlyyarn.lockneeded refreshing — nopackage.jsonorresolutionschange.
