Fixes SOU-1566

Upgrades sharp to ^0.35.3 (bundling libvips 8.18.3) to address the libvips vulnerabilities inherited by sharp < 0.35.0 (CVE-2026-33327, CVE-2026-33328, CVE-2026-35590, CVE-2026-35591 / GHSA-f88m-g3jw-g9cj).

Two copies were present:

  • packages/web declared sharp@^0.33.5 directly — bumped to ^0.35.3.
  • next@16.2.6 pulls sharp@^0.34.5 transitively, whose range doesn't admit 0.35.x — added a qualified resolutions override.

yarn why sharp now reports 0.35.3 for every instance.
