Prepare release with federated architecture. This implies that we'll be publishing four packages (app facing
splitio, the common platformsplitio_platform_interface,splitio_androidas the Android implementation andsplitio_iosas the iOS implementation).pubspec.yamlto fetch public packages (since they're not public yet, CI will fail)LICENSEfiles to align with rest of SDKs format.CHANGELOGfiles.
