Ban lombok imports

We should update checkstyle to ban lombok imports.

oh, hm, in our project, we use spring-javaformat and lombok.
Didn't check, but I hope there is a way to configure to ignore the lombok rule in checkstyle.

I've not implemented the check yet, but it will be easy to suppress it.
