Translation guide

1. Clone this repo
2. Add a translation file under locales with a language code.
3. Add a language code under countries section in https://github.com/syncloud/syncloud.org/blob/master/js/translation.js#L31
4. Feel free to add a contributor info like this: https://github.com/syncloud/syncloud.org/blob/master/locales/cn/translation.json#L3
5. Test locally by opening index.html in a browser and checking your language.
6. Publish a pull request.
