Updates the system Nexus WIT for SignalWithStartWorkflowExecution.\n\nChanges:\n- Mark request-id as omitted placeholder data so it is not exposed as part of the generated operation request API.\n- Mark first-execution-run-id as omitted placeholder data so it is not exposed as part of the generated operation response API.\n- Add @nexus.serialization-context python="signal_with_start_workflow_serialization_context" so generated Python operation metadata can describe that user payloads in the request should be encoded with the target workflow serialization context rather than the Nexus operation context.
