In the job-run test page, the environment option displays all the teammates' development environments. This means, one person can trigger a run in their teammate's development environment.

To reproduce

1. Create an organisation with 2 or more teammates.
2. Create a job that's shared by the teammates.
3. Go to the job test-run page. Notice the environment dropdown shows multiple dev environments.
